Section 1 in Maharana Partap Horticultural University, Karnal Act, 2015

1. Short title and commencement.

(1)This Act may be called [Maharana Partap Horticultural University] [Substituted 'the Haryana State University of Horticultural Sciences' by Haryana Act No. 20 of 2017, dated 30.5.2017.], Karnal Act, 2015.
(2)It shall come into force with immediate effect.
