4. Powers of Council over the Karnataka area and Abu area to be exercised by the Government of Mysore and the Government of Rajasthan, respectively.
- Until such time as a State Council is duly constituted for the State of Mysore, and the State of Rajasthan, the Government of Mysore and the Government of Rajasthan shall, in the Karnataka area and the Abu area, respectively, exercise the powers and perform the functions of the State Council under the Act.
