Section 12(1) in Jammu and Kashmir Persons With Disabilities (Equal Opportunities, Protection of Rights and Full Participation) Act, 1998
(1)The State Executive Committee may associate with itself in such manner and for such purposes as may be prescribed any person whose assistance or advice it may be desired to obtain in performing any of its functions under this Act.
