Section 1 in Rajasthan Minerals (Prevention of Illegal Mining, Transportation and Storage) Rules, 2006
1. Short title, extent and commencement.
(1)These rules may be called the Rajasthan Minerals [Prevention of Illegal Mining, Transportation and Storage] Rules, 2006.(2)They shall extent to whole of the State of Rajasthan and shall apply to all Major and Minor minerals.(3)They shall come into force from the date of their publication in the Rajasthan Gazette.
