Section 5(3)(ii) in Telangana Mining Settlements Act, 1956

(ii)If any of the electoral bodies fail to elect such persons, the Government shall nominate a person or persons to fill the vacancy or vacancies, as the case may be, and the person or persons so nominated shall be deemed to be a member or members duly elected by such body;
