17. Effect of vacation of office of elected member of District Board or Local Board.
- [A member of a District Board or Local Board who ceases to be a member of one of the said Boards, shall thereupon cease also to be a member of the other.] [Substituted by Bihar Act 40 of 1950 for the words 'an elected member'.]
