Section 37(1) in Tamil Nadu Farmers' Management of Irrigation Systems Act, 2000
(1)Any party to a dispute or difference aggrieved by any decision made or order passed by the managing committee of a Water Users Association may appeal to the managing committee of the Distributory Committee, whose decision thereon shall be final.
