Section 14B(2) in The Jammu and Kashmir State Evacuees' (Administration of Property) Act, 2006
(2)For purposes of determination of compensation and interest thereon the provisions of section 9, 9-A, 11, 12, 18, 23, 24 and 31 of the State Land Acquisition Act, Samvat 1990, shall apply.
