Section 28(iv) in The Rajasthan Municipal (Subordinate and Ministerial Service) Rules, 1963
(iv)[ that if a candidate belongs to the Scheduled Castes/Scheduled Tribes is promoted to immediate higher post/grade against a reserved vacancy earlier than his senior general/O.B.C. candidate who is promoted later to the said immediate higher port/grade, the general/O.B.C. candidate will regain his seniority over such earlier promoted candidate of the scheduled caste/scheduled tribes in the immediate higher post/grade.] [Inserted by Dated 16-1-1999, Published in Rajasthan Rajpatra (Extraordinary), Part 6-A, dated 11-2-1999, Page 223]
