Section 3(k) in Rajasthan State Warehousing Corporation Employees Provident Fund Regulation, 1962
(k)'Pay' includes substantive pay, personal pay and acting allowance, dearness pay, but does not include dearness allowance, local allowance, house allowance, transfer allowance, travelling allowance, halting allowance or any other allowance and in the case of a reemployed person his pension.
