Section 1 in The Bombay land Tenure Abolition laws (Amendment) Act, 1958
1. Short title and extent.
(1)This Act may be called the Bombay Land Tenure Abolition Laws (Amendment) Act, 1958.(2)It extends to the pre-Reorganisation State of Bombay, excluding the transferred territories.
