Information sought:-
The appellant has sought the following information:-
1. Provide the information regarding the necessary action taken as per rule on report vide ER- 6 dated 18/05/2011 at P-I of misconduct and misbehavior a/w disturbances in office work by Sh. Surjeet Singh.
2. What action is being taken on the complaint dated 24/05/2011 against Mr. Rambabu Sharma Manager SPC. Whether any sufficient action is being taken against Mr. Sharma for harassing the applicant.
3. What action is being taken against Mr. M. K. Jain for harassing the applicant.
4. Provide the copy of statement given by Mr. Ram Babu Sharma.

The CPIO has not provided the desired information. Relevant Facts emerging during Hearing:
The following were present Appellant: Absent Respondent: Mr. Ramarayan Singh CPIO's representative The CPIO's representative stated that the information sought by the appellant has been provided vide letter dated 03/12/2011.Page 1 of 2
He informed that there was quarrel between the appellant and Mr. Surjeet Singh which was enquired into by an officer and based on his report the matter was closed by the competent authority and Mr. Surjeet Singh was transferred. He further stated that the appellant is not satisfied with the action of the competent authority and has filed several RTI applications with a view to pressurise the management for taking stringent action against Shri Surjeet Singh. He submitted that the appellant has also made baseless allegations of sexual harassment against Shri Ram Babu Sharma. He emphasised that a lot of valuable public time and resources are being spent on replying to his frivolous RTI applications. The appellant is not present for canvassing his case/contesting the CPIO's representative's submissions.
Decision notice:
From the CPIO's representative's submissions it appears that the appellant in the garb of seeking information is mainly interested in settling personal scores with others and is misusing the provisions of the RTI Act and adding unnecessary cost of servicing RTI applications on the exchequer. We hope that the appellant will take note and refrain from filing frivolous RTI applications.
The CPIO's representative has submitted that the information has been provided.
