                  PRAYER : Contempt Petition filed under Section 11 of Contempt of Courts Act

                  read with Order 39 Rule 2 (A) of Civil Procedure Code, praying to punish the

                  respondents for having willfully disobeyed the orders of this Court dated

                  06.04.2006 made in O.S.A.No.86 of 2006.

(Order of the court was made by N.KIRUBAKARAN.J.,) The matter was heard through "Video Conference".

2.Even though the Contempt Petition has been filed in the year 2013 alleging that the order passed in O.S.A. No. 86 of 2006 dated 06.04.2006 has not been complied with, thereafter, it did not come up for hearing and no notice was ordered.

After a long time, it has surfaced now. However, in the meanwhile, the Petitioner passed away. Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that in view of passing away of the Petitioner, the Contempt Petition could be closed.

3.Accordingly, this Contempt Petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
