Section 89(1) in Uttar Pradesh Municipal Corporation Act, 1959
(1)The Executive Committee, [the Development Committee, the Wards Committees] [Substituted by U.P. Act 12 of 1994 (w.e.f. 30-05-1994).] and any other Committee constituted under Section 5 shall meet once at least in every month for the transaction of business.
