Section 3(1) in Bihar Regional Development Authority Act, 1974
(1)The State Government shall, at any time after the commencement of this Act, by notification in the official Gazette, constitute for the purposes of this Act, an Authority to be called as Regional Development Authority bearing the name of that Region.
