Section 14(4)(ii) in The Khadi and Village Industries Commission Rules, 2006

(ii)Members of the Zonal Committee shall be entitled to draw, from the funds of the Commission, travelling and daily allowances for journeys performed by them for the purpose of attending the meetings of the Committee or for the purpose of discharging any function of the Committee assigned to them by the Zonal Committee or the Commission from time to time according to their entitlement and, in case of members of the Zonal Committee as specified in clause (f) of sub-section (1) of section 12A of the Act, at the lowest rate admissible to Grade I officers of the Government.
