Section 1 in The Bihar Electricity Supply Undertakings (Acquisition) Act, 1979
1. Short title, extent and commencement.
(1)This Act may be called the Bihar Electricity Supply Undertakings (Acquisition) Act, 1997.(2)It extends to the State of Bihar.(3)It shall come into force at once.
