Section 22(3) in The Uttar Banga Krishi Viswavidyalaya Act, 2000
(3)No suit, prosecution or other proceeding shall lie against any officer or other employee of the University for any act done or purported to have been done under this Act or the Statutes without the previous sanction of the Executive Council.
