(1)Whoever contravenes any provision of Section 4, 9, 11, 13 or 15 shall be punished with fine which may extend to one thousand rupees.(2)Whoever contravenes any of the provisions of this Act for which no specific penalty has been provided by this Act, shall be punished with fine which may extend to two hundred and fifty rupees.
