(1)Minutes of the proceedings of all meetings of the Board shall be entered in a book to be kept for the purpose, and shall be signed by the President of the meeting.(2)A copy of the minutes of the proceedings of every meeting of the Board shall, within fifteen days from the date of the signature of the President on the minutes, be forwarded by the Secretary of the Board to the State Government or to such authority as the State Government may direct.
