(3)The employees referred to in sub-section (1) and sub-section (2) shall hold office under the University, subject to such terms and conditions, not being less advantageous than what they were entitled to immediately before the day of transfer or deputation, as the case may be, to the University, as may be determined by the University by Statutes.
