Section 20(1) in The Anusandhan National Research Foundation Act, 2023
(1)Without prejudice to the foregoing provisions of this Act, the Executive Council shall, in discharge of its powers and performance of its functions under thisAct, be bound by such directions as the Governing Board may give in writing to it from time to time.
