15. Power to discharge or transfer person from settlements or schools.
- The Government or any officer authorised by it in this behalf may, at any time, by general or special order, direct any person who may be in any industrial, agricultural or reformatory settlement or school in the State -(a)to be discharged; or(b)to be transferred to some other settlement or school in the State.
