Section 15 in Kaloji Narayana Rao University of Health Sciences Act, 1986
15. The Finance Officer.
- The Finance Officer shall be a whole time paid officer of the University appointed by the Executive Council from out of a panel of names suggested by the Government. He shall exercise such powers and discharge such duties as may be prescribed by the Statutes.
