- When any district or other local area is under record operation, the Record Officer shall cause to be revised, for each village comprised therein, the field book (Khasra) and [the record of rights (khatauni) or the record of abadi or village abadi] [Substituted 'the record of rights (Khatauni)' by U.P. Act No. 4 of 2016, dated 11.3.2016.].
