30. Badge not to be transferred
. [Section 38(2)(h)] - (1) No conductor shall lend or transfer his badge to any other person and no conductor shall wear a badge other then one issued to him by the licensing authority.(2)Any person finding a conductor's badge shall, unless he returns the same to the holder, forthwith surrender it to the licensing authority by which it was issued or to a police officer.
