(6)[ The Planning Authority shall, within one month from the date of issue of commencement certificate, forward duly authenticated copies of such certificate and the sanctioned building or development plans to the Collector concerned.] [Sub-section (6) was added, by Maharashtra 10 of 1994, Section 6(b).]
