Section 5(1) in The Warehousing (Development and Regulation) Registration of Accreditation Agencies Rules, 2010
(1)Before granting registration to an accreditation agency under Rule 6, the Authority may make such inquiry and require such further information, as it deems necessary, other than the information furnished by the accreditation agency in the application.
