Section 4(q) in Maharaja Ranjit Singh State Technical University Act, 2014
(q)to receive gifts, donations or benefactions from the State Government or the Central Government and to receive bequests, donations and transfer of moveable or immovable property from testators, donors or transferors, as the case may be; and
