Section 28(4) in Gujarat Lokayukta Aayog Act, 2013
(4)Nothing contained in this Act shall be construed as affecting the constitution of, or the continuance of functioning or exercise of powers by any Commission of Inquiry appointed under the Commissions of Inquiry Act, 1952,(60 of 1952.) before the commencement of this Act and no complaint shall be made under this Act in respect of any matter referred for inquiry to such Commission before such commencement.
