Section 89(1) in Andhra Pradesh Municipalities (Conduct of Election of Members) Rules, 2005
(1)The Presiding Officer shall then deliver or cause to be delivered to the Election Officer at such place as the Election Officer may direct:(a)the voting machine;(b)the account of votes recorded in Form XXIII;(c)the sealed packets referred to in Rule 88 and(d)all other papers used at the poll.
