Section 15 in The Goa Money-Lenders Act, 2001

15. Regarding past transactions of money-lending.

- Every person who has advanced a sum of money or is otherwise covered by the provisions of this Act shall register all such past transactions of money-lending with the Registrar within 15 days of the coming into force of this Act under an intimation thereof.
