Section 26(1) in Tamil Nadu District Municipalities (Hill Stations) Building Rules, 1993
(1)The Committee for Architectural and Aesthetics Aspects shall comprise of the following official members, namely: -(i)A Chairman who shall be the Chief Secretary to the Government;(ii)Fourteen Official Members; and(iii)Six non-official members of whom -(a)One shall be the Director of School of Architecture and Planning, Anna University, Chennai,(b)One shall be the Chairman, Institute of Architects Tamil Nadu Chapter,(c)One shall be the Head of the Department of Structural Engineering Division, Anna University, Chennai,(d)Three members representing local authorities in the hill stations to be nominated by the Government.
