Section 51(d) in Jammu and Kashmir Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Rules, 2014
(d)at the time of release of such juvenile, the valuables and other articles kept in safe custody and the money deposited in name of the juvenile shall be handed over to the parent or guardian, as the case may be. with an entry made in this behalf in the register and signed by the Officer Incharge ;
