(1)the authorities competent to audit the accounts of every minority schools shall be the following namely:-

(a)	Pre-primary Primary and Middle Schools.	Deputy Inspector of the concerned range.
(b)	High Schools Training Institutes and SpecialSchools.	Departmental Auditor.
(c)	Anglo Indian Schools.	Departmental Auditors.
