32. Area for which list of labourers should be prepared.
- Every list of labourers prepared under rule 31 shall, subject to the next following rule, include the names of persons holding land or resident within such distance from the locality, of the repair, clearance or work as the Collector, having regard to the number of persons likely to be required to assist at such repair, clearance or work, shall think proper.
