(2)A Government servant shall also be entitled for reimbursement of the charges incurred by him for the treatment of his wife during the confinement (including pre-natal and post-natal treatment and treatment for abortion) :Provided that no reimbursement shall be made if three or more children are living on the date of such confinement.
