Section 0(97) in The Mumbai Port Trust (Transport, Handling and Storage of Dangerous Goods) Regulations, 2007
97.0While giving the clearance for such substances, the Competent Authority shall carefully consider the characteristic properties and known hazards of such substances and shall stipulate such precautionary measures as may be necessary for ensuing safety during their handling and storage.
