Section 21(2A) in The Gujarat Prevention of Fragmentation and Consolidation of Holdings Act, 1947
(2A)[ In enforcing the provisions of sub-section (1) or (2) the Consolidation Officer shall, if necessary, put the owners in possession of the holdings to which they are entitled under the scheme and for doing so may, in the prescribed manner, evict any person from any lands.]
