9. The Pro-Chancellor.
(1)The Minister-in-charge of the portfolio of Higher Education in the State of Tamil Nadu shall be the Pro-Chancellor of the University.(2)The Pro-Chancellor shall exercise such powers and perform such duties as may be conferred on him by or under this Act.
