Section 11 in The Punjab Infrastructure (Development & Regulation) Act, 2002
11. Officers and other employees of Authority.
(1)The Authority may appoint officers and such other employees, as it other considers necessary for the efficient discharge of its functions under this Act.(2)The salary and allowances payable to and the other conditions of service of the officers and employees of the Authority appointed under sub- section (1), shall be such as may be determined by regulations.
