Section 122(1) in The Goa Co-operative Societies Act, 2001
(1)Unless otherwise provided by this Act, all sums due from a society or from an office bearer or member or past member or a deceased member of a society as such to the Government, may be recovered according to the law and under the rules for the time being in force for the recovery of arrears of land revenue.
