Section 34(1) in West Bengal Shops and Establishments Rules, 1964
(1)Any person employed in a shop, or an establishment or any shop-keeper or employer, or a representative of such person employed, shop-keeper or employer, shalt be entitled to inspect any application, memorandum of appeal, or any other document filed with the referee in a case to which such person employed, shop-keeper or employer is a party, and may obtain copies .thereof on payment of the requisite fees specified in this behalf in Schedule III.
