Section 64(1) in The Maharashtra Animal and Fishery Sciences University Act, 1998
(1)Every person, who immediately before the appointed day, is serving in colleges and institutions of the Krishi Vidyapeeths referred to in clause (b) of subsection (1) of section 62, shall from the said day become an employee of the University and shall cease to be an employee of the respective Colleges, Institutions, etc. of the Krishi Vidyapeeth.
