(a)to any institutional building, assembly building, business building, mercantile building, industrial building, storage building, or hazardous building, as described to in sub section (2) of section 425, or any part of such building, other than that used as a residential building, or educational building, within the meaning of -clause (a), or - clause (b), of sub section (2) of that section, or
