Section 18(a) in Bihar High Schools (Constitution, Powers and Functions of Managing Committee) Rules, 1964
(a)The first constitution of the committee of a school under these Rules or the election of the President or Secretary thereof shall not be invalidated or called in question merely because a person has not been declared a life-member or the name of any person claiming to be a donor has not been included in the list referred to in sub-rule (1) of Rule 6.
