Section 3(1) in The Vegetable Oil Products (Regulation) Order, 1998
(1)On and from the date of commencement of this Order, no producer shall carry on business of a producer unless such producer has made an application to the Commissioner as specified in Schedule I, and has obtained a registration certificate as specified in Schedule II :Provided that all registrations made under the Vegetable Oil Products (Control) Order, 1947, shall be deemed to be registered under this Order :Provided further that these registrations shall comply with the provisions of this Order;
