20. Seniority.
- Inter se of officers appointed in each grade shall be regulated by the order in which their names are included in the selection list for that grade irrespective of their dates of appointment in the grades:Provided that a candidate who joins the appointment after three months of the issue of the appointment order shall be place below all those who have joined earlier.
