Also heard on I.A.No.1 which is an application for grant of stay. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, particularly, the fact that the driver at the relevant point of time did not have a license, a strong case for grant of interim relief has been made out.
Accordingly, there shall be the stay of the execution of the award until further orders.
