- Recruitment to the various categories of posts in the Service shall be made from the following sources:

			25 per cent by promotion from amongst permanent Typists.
3. Accountant	...	...	75 per cent by direct recruitment.
			25 per cent by promotion from amongst confirmed SeniorAccounts Clerks.
4. Chief Accountant	...	...	By promotion from amongst confirmed Accountants.
